Role Purpose This position supports the UK business across all aspects of IT administration, working closely with both local teams and international headquarters to ensure the companys systems, infrastructure, and policies are robust, efficient, and secure. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Infrastructure Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure, including servers, CCTV, switches, and networks. Provide first-line IT support for UK staff, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. Troubleshoot complex technical problems quickly and effectively. Configure, stage, and deploy IT hardware with relevant software and settings. Maintain cybersecurity compliance, including annual Cyber Essentials renewal. Lead or support implementation of ERP, CRM, WMS, and other digital systems. Monitor and ensure data integrity, reporting, and business intelligence tools are effective. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Project & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on IT projects. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and senior management. Plan, manage, and deliver digital projects on time and within budget. Oversee contracts for printers, mobiles, and IT suppliers. Align IT objectives with broader business strategy. Leadership & Digital Innovation Act as liaison between the UK business and the international IT team. Drive digital transformation across departments by identifying and deploying digital solutions. Manage IT requirements for office expansions or relocations. Maintain and support telephony systems, server installations, and network architecture. Oversee CCTV and door access systems alongside local contractors. Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff, including specific software solutions. Support and lead digital initiatives as part of the annual digital strategy. Skills & Qualifications A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years experience in a hands-on IT support or infrastructure role. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Confident communicator, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams. Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, cybersecurity practices, and digital tools.
