About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Haywards Heath, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, accommodates 120 children and is part of an expanding UK portfolio. Our nursery combines safe facilities with well-trained staff and effective learning programs. Housed in a converted Grade II listed building, we offer 72 places and support early childhood education through partnerships with local primary schools. We provide free parking for staff to ensure convenient access.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, with progress tracked and communicated to parents.
* Act as Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience is advantageous (e.g., Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Nursery Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and positive relationships with families.
