At the Altro Group (Altro and Autoglym) – we’re proud of our products, innovation, and most importantly, our people. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our friendly, collaborative HR team, partnering with our Manufacturing, Operations, and Technical functions.
This is a hybrid position, working full-time Monday to Friday, on a permanent basis, with a minimum of 3 days onsite at our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire head office.
Reporting to our HR Manager and working alongside one other HRBP, as well as the wider HR team, you will provide coaching, support, and advice to your client group.
You will contribute to Altro and Autoglym by ensuring the attraction, recruitment, training, and retention of the best talent, aligned with the business needs.

Selection process:
1. First Stage - An informal 30/45-minute Teams call with our HR Manager Iain and a team member to discuss your experience and answer your questions.
2. Second Stage - An in-person interview at our Letchworth HQ with our Head of HR, HR Manager, and other HRBP, including scenario-based questions. You will also meet the wider HR team and tour the site.
