About the Role
As a Chef at Sodexo at RAF Halton, Wendover, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP22 5PG, you will be passionate about culinary excellence and committed to providing high-quality service for our armed forces personnel, enhancing their daily experience.
What You’ll Do
* Assist in running service, preparation, and other duties in a busy kitchen environment
* Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
* Collaborate with the FOH team to deliver service excellence
* Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
* Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standards
What You Bring
* NVQ Level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment
* Basic IT skills
* Experience in menu production and confident input
* Exposure to bulk cooking
* Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
