What you’ll do
* Build and grow long-term relationships with schools and educators
* Focus on retention: ensuring existing clients stay satisfied and supported
* Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and strengthen partnerships
* Deliver excellent service to both educators and schools
* Play a key role in shaping the future of local education through lasting relationships
What we’re looking for
* A confident communicator with strong influencing skills
* Proven experience in sales or retention (education experience is a bonus, not essential)
* Resilient, ambitious, and results-driven
* Organised multitasker who thrives under pressure
* A team player with a passion for people and progress
* Full UK driving licence (you’ll need to visit schools in the Preston area)

Location: Branch-based – Cardiff (Working hours: 7AM – 4:30PM, Mon–Fri)
Contract: Permanent / Full time
