Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 | Friday 09:00 - 15:00 Salary: £28,000 excellent benefits | Permanent Position Office Coordinator - Role Summary Key Responsibilities Keep databases, records, and documents up to date using the CRM system Organise schedules, meetings, and logistics across the Hire and Sales teams Manage hire enquiries on Thursdays and Fridays for the Hire department Support the Sales team with enquiries in the afternoons, Monday to Thursday Respond efficiently to phone calls, emails, and quotation requests Track project requests to ensure all deadlines are met Liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers Oversee ordering of office supplies, equipment, and other essentials Produce and prepare reports for weekly team meetings Required Experience Experience in an administrative or office coordination role Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Regular team events and staff recognition Free on-site parking On-site kitchen and coffee facilities for breaks and lunches For more information, please reach out to Jack Groves @ VANRATH.
