We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in the City of London who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal with previous conveyancing experience to join a respected practice known for its high-quality property work and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
* Preparing and reviewing contracts, completion statements, and other documentation.
* Managing case files from instruction through to completion under supervision.
* Conducting property searches and handling Land Registry applications.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to progress transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6–12 months’ experience within a residential conveyancing department.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
* Good working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Law degree, LPC or equivalent qualification desirable.
