<div><h3>Employment Solicitor NQ-2 PQE – Nottingham</h3><p>Long established Nottingham firm seeks an employment solicitor to join their busy and expanding team. You will be part of a department noted in Legal 500 for their work and deal with a range of employment matters.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment work, mostly acting for employers</li><li>Dealing with employee relations issues, employment tribunals, TUPE transactions, contracts of employment, settlement agreements, redundancies and restructures, dismissals and discrimination issues, and restrictive covenants</li><li>Acting for clients in a diverse range of sectors</li><li>Acting for a mix of owner managed businesses, charities and large corporate clients, some of which are household names</li><li>Contributing to the marketing and business development activity of the team and wider firm</li></ul><h3>About you</h3><ul><li>Up to 2 years PQE in employment law</li><li>Good client relationship skills</li><li>Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
