HCB Widdows Mason is seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This role is essential for ensuring that our reception area operates smoothly and efficiently while providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors alike. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times. Managing and training reception staff, fostering a positive teamwork culture. Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication. Coordinating appointment scheduling and managing the calendars of key staff members. Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-presented. Implementing and maintaining effective procedures to streamline operations. Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail. Assisting with the planning and coordination of events and meetings as required. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a reception or administrative environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organisational capabilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reception management systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
