The role
At Northumbria Police, we value diverse backgrounds and skills. We seek a Business Intelligence Analyst to help transform data access and usage within our force.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand internal customer needs, utilize data effectively, and communicate insights clearly to support decision-making.
What you’ll do
* Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders to identify analytical solutions supporting data-driven decisions.
* Apply statistical and analytical methods to produce high-quality, impactful products.
* Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to uncover insights, build and test analytical models.
* Design and develop Qlik Sense dashboards to facilitate data understanding and trend identification.
* Assist in evaluating business change initiatives through data analysis and research.
