Overview
My client, a specialist UK based Engineering Consultancy, which specialises in Infrastructure, Civil and Flood Risk Engineering, is searching for a Senior Drainage Engineer to join their experienced team in Bristol.
Responsibilities
* Flood risk assessments for flood zones 1, 2 and 3.
* Surface water management plans.
* Surface water and foul drainage strategies.
* Detailed design of surface water and foul water drainage systems.
* SuDS Design using Microdrainage, Infodrainage and Causeway Flow for residential tower blocks, solar, renewable, greenfield developments and waste projects.
* Drainage Impact Assessments.
* Manage and mentor team members and assist with managing projects.
* Business development by promoting the services of the company to new and existing clients at networking events.
Qualifications
* BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering or Hydrology.
* Experience working for a UK-based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments, Surface Water Drainage Strategies and Drainage Design using Infodrainage and Causeway Flow.
* Experience mentoring junior team members or managing projects.
