Role – National Account Executive – UK Grocery
Salary - £40-45k + performance related bonus & benefits package
Location – London (Hybrid – 3 days in central London office)
You’ll be joining a high-growth challenger food brand at a really exciting stage, helping to scale its presence across UK grocery retail. Known for its premium, great-tasting products and bold branding, the business is building strong momentum with both customers and consumers. This is a role where you’ll get real exposure to major retailers and see the direct impact of your work on shelf, along with a clear pathway to a NAM role and beyond.
Day to day, you’ll support delivery across accounts like Tesco, Asda, Ocado, and Booker. You’ll help execute promotions, manage forecasts, and analyse performance across sell-in and sell-out. You’ll also build relationships with customers, support new business opportunities, and work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting execution of the grocery trade plan across key accounts
* Managing forecasts and driving strong availability
* Analysing sales data and identifying actions
* Supporting and reviewing promotions
* Building relationships with customers and internal teams
What you’ll bring:
* 1+ year FMCG experience sales/account support experience, and be keen to grow in a fast paced environment
* Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing data
* Understanding of retail cycles, promotions, and forecasting
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, high-energy mindset
