An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join a leading Real Estate practice in Aberdeen. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and a chance to develop your career within a top-ranked team recognised by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
About the Role:
You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
1. Purchase, sale, and letting of commercial premises
2. Drafting and negotiating lease documentation
3. Land acquisition and development site options for housebuilders
4. Advising clients on title reviews and providing pragmatic, commercial solutions
This is a fast-paced position where you will work closely with clients and colleagues, gaining sector-specific knowledge and contributing to business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property
6. Strong drafting and negotiation skills
7. Commercial awareness and ability to deliver cost-effective solutions
8. Excellent organisational and communication skills
9. Self-motivated and proactive approach
