What the Job Involves As a Care Worker, you will provide personal and social care according to a personalized Care Plan for each service user. Your responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, dietary needs, social interaction, and community-based activities. You will support mobility assistance, medication management, maintain records, and participate in care plan reviews. The role may require working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a planned rota. You must adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality while undertaking necessary training and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
