Fleet Administrator
Offce - Helmshore/Rochdale | Full-time | Permanent
We’re looking for a highly organised Fleet Administrator to support the smooth running of our vehicle operations across the Group. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and an eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for vehicle queries, manage tracking systems and databases, and liaise with our service providers — helping ensure our fleet stays compliant, cost-efficient and on the road.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain and update fleet tracking systems and databases
Generate regular performance and usage reports for managers
Administer fuel cards and monitor fuel usage
Support with traffic fines, vehicle records and supporting documentation
Liaise with telematics providers and assist with supplier reviews
Monitor fleet inboxes and assist managers with required actions
What We’re Looking For:
Previous admin experience (fleet experience is a bonus!)
Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills
Confident communicator — written and verbal
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive team player who can work with minimal supervision
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience working in a fleet or vehicle-based environment
Good standard of education (GCSEs A–C or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
