REPORTS TO: Office Manager MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE An office-based position; the operations administrator will efficiently schedule installations with customers and ensure each team of installers has work arranged for the upcoming week. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once and will work closely with internal & external personnel. MAIN DUTIES Contact customers and our external partners to schedule installations Maintain and update databases with notes and documents relevant to customer contracts Supporting other areas of the business when required Monitoring and replying to incoming communications Adhere fully to all relevant Health and Safety procedures Adhere fully to all relevant HR & Company policies KNOWLEDGE & SKILL & ATTRIBUTES Essential Good attention to detail Well organised and good at managing own time Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines Basic IT skills and ability to learn basic database input processes Good written and oral communication skills Positive open attitude and professional manner Desirable/ Competent Product knowledge Experience working independently and in a team environment Fast paced multi-tasker Experience within the Home Improvement Industry
