Caretaker – Vertas Group Limited
All Saints School, Bakewell
Hours: 10 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Working hours: Monday to Friday; 4pm-6pm
Salary: £12.41 per hour

Main responsibilities
* Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
* Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
* Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
* Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
* Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
The Caretaker will have
