Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in the heart of the horticultural sector. This role is crucial in streamlining our supply chain processes and enhancing our operational efficiency, directly contributing to our commitment to quality and service excellence.
Responsibilities
* Creating new inventory lines on the business system
Creating purchase orders using the business system
Sending purchase orders to suppliers using excel spreadsheet / PDF
Producing inventory / Input reports
Amending purchase orders & communicate changes by suppliers
Checking availability with suppliers, allowing increases to purchase orders
Updating availability lists / website links
Actioning 'goods in'
Assisting with obtaining cost prices from suppliers
Sending goods received notes to finance & checking invoiced prices
Help in other supply chain areas when required
Help with general administration when required
Allocate supplier invoices to the correct cost centres for Finance
Submit IPAFFS applications for imported goods
Enter shipment details into customs broker platforms for import/export paperwork
Send EU transport requirements to transport companies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
