Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead an international, distributed team of software developers.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Collaborate to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions interoperable with global aviation standards.
* Prepare and review technical proposals and documentation.
* Stay abreast of emerging aviation technologies and industry trends; experiment and encourage innovation within the team.
* Represent ANRA in technical discussions with customers, industry groups, standard development organizations, and government entities.
* Travel occasionally for project support, customer meetings, and speaking engagements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
* 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product delivery.
* 5+ years in technical project management, technical consulting, or engineering roles.
* Proven experience managing technical projects using Agile methodologies; experience with Scrum frameworks is a plus.
* Skilled in presenting and reviewing results with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
* Proficient with Google Suite and project management tools.
* PMP certification is a plus.
* Aviation or drone industry experience is a plus.
