You will be given a high degree of autonomy, independence and authority in your personal delivery of the role, within your professional boundaries, working collaboratively as a key member of the management team.
The role is full-time on a rota basis, up to 43 hours, over 4/5 days out of 7 (with consideration to different working patterns). We are flexible in line with applicant availability and the needs of the service.
The post holder will be expected to participate in management on-call and nurse on-call for both homes.
