Salary: £44,590 - £48,266 per annum
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose:
* To work with the ICT Manager to supervise the team responsible for the Council’s ICT Data Centre & Cloud Operations services, and act as a subject matter expert (SME). To support the overall provision of service, including the elements carried out in house and those carried out by external suppliers. To support the overall provision of a high quality, efficient and effective service to end users that delivers the desired customer service experience and improves customer satisfaction.
* The post holder will be the subject matter expert (SME) within the team covering a range of technologies such as M365, Identify (Active Directory/Entra ID), Windows Server, Azure and Google Enterprise. You will be expected to be able to cover all of these and lead on one or more of them. This role is key in delivering and maintaining ICT solutions and services. You will be responsible for the build and testing of new infrastructure technology to support the solution and will create relevant documentation to be referenced by external suppliers, developers and configuration specialists alike during the build process.

Requirements
* Educated in a numerate/business/technology related subject; or
