Our team is based at Kingswood Hub and we support children and young people aged 0 to 19 across BNSSG and BANES, providing care at home and in the community.
Responsibilities
You will work in the Continuing Care team to undertake clinical shifts alongside Lifetime support workers (LSW) in the child’s home or school setting, observe LSW clinical competencies and undertake annual clinical assessments to enable them to deliver interventions. You will line‑manage a small team of LSWs, holding 6 weekly one‑to‑one meetings, performance development reviews and supporting attendance reviews according to Sirona’s policies and procedures. You will also collaborate with the nursing team to develop and provide training and assessments to groups of LSWs.
