We are looking for a People Adviser to join our team. The role is full time and permanent, working 36 hours per week. However, we are supportive of flexible working options, including the possibility of a job share. You would be required to work a minimum of 18 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and confident People Adviser who is passionate about employee relations and enjoys building trusted relationships across the business. In this role, you'll take ownership of a wide variety of ER cases, from complex investigations to performance and capability matters, providing expert advice that drives fair, consistent and people-focused outcomes. You'll be joining a supportive team where your voice is valued, your expertise is recognised, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact in shaping a positive workplace culture.

As a People Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing clear, practical and solution-focused advice to managers and employees. You will oversee a broad range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, TUPE and performance issues to name but a few, ensuring that all processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with company policies and employment law. You'll also play a key role in coaching and supporting managers to foster a positive, inclusive working environment.

To be considered as a People Adviser, you'll have sound experience of working in a employee relations role with:

* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
* Demonstrable experience managing complex ER cases end-to‑end
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* The ability to coach and influence managers with confidence and credibility
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume and varied caseload
