Your Role As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence. You’ll support with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement in therapeutic routines, using trauma-informed approaches and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). What You’ll Be Doing Deliver compassionate, person-centred care Motivate and support individuals to engage in meaningful activities Promote dignity, choice, and independence Implement care plans and behaviour support strategies Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Uphold accountability through accurate documentation and reflective practice Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home What Matters Most We will train you to be the best Support worker you can be.
