The role:
* Produce monthly management accounts with clear, value-adding analysis and commentary
* Partner with operational teams to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insight
* Deliver accurate and timely internal reporting
* Support year-end processes, including audit and statutory requirements
* Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and management
* Support and develop members of the finance processing team xsngvjr
What were looking for:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Strong systems skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
* Background in practice or experience within a commercial finance environment
* Previous exposure to mentoring or supporting junior team members (desirable)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
* Naturally curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working to deadlines
