We're looking for a proactive Customer Care Assistant to support both our self-storage and removals services.
No two days are the same Working front of house you'll handle customer enquiries, manage accounts, support bookings, drive self-store sales, assist with payments, and provide reception and administrative support.
What You'll Need:
* Excellent phone and customer service skills
* Strong IT and organisational abilities
* Clear communication and attention to detail
* Understanding of Health & Safety protocols
* Full UK driving licence
