Salary: upto £55,000 (DOE)

Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain
The Role:
Leading the procurement of raw materials, goods, and services, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and lead-time requirements.
Overseeing inbound logistics; including negotiation and management of freight providers etc.
Managing supplier performance measurement and improvement plans.
Direct stock management/MRP planning to optimise inventory levels and support production.
Ensuring compliance with relevant trade and customs regulations for inbound shipments.
Driving improvements in the forecasting process that benefit the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Purchasing Department.
Place and track purchase orders with CS (India).
Confirming deliveries, schedules, and supply requirements for CS in India.
Providing accurate data for quarterly business reviews.
Monitoring supplier performance and escalate issues as required.
Ensuring all purchasing activity meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
