This high-profile event brings together global leaders, innovators, investors, and policymakers to celebrate the power of technology to drive progress. It’s a key platform for the UK tech community and a hub for new ideas, partnerships, and growth.
As Marketing Director, you’ll define and deliver the strategy that drives audience engagement and commercial success for the event. You’ll lead a talented marketing team, develop high-impact campaigns, and collaborate across content, sales, and partnerships to strengthen the brand’s position globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the flagship tech event and wider founders portfolio
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals
* Own the data and analytics strategy, improving insight, performance, and integration across platforms
* Deliver innovative, customer-first digital marketing campaigns that maximise reach and ROI
* Build and manage strategic partnership marketing plans
* Oversee creative development and ensure all collateral reflects brand values and quality standards
* Define and track KPIs to measure campaign success and inform future planning
* Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively
About You
* Proven experience leading marketing within large-scale B2B events or exhibitions
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and creative abilities
* Deep understanding of digital marketing and audience growth strategies
* A passion for technology and innovation
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
