The Role
As a Skilled Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for restoring vehicles to manufacturer-approved standards through precise structural and cosmetic repairs. Your craftsmanship ensures vehicles are returned to customers in top condition, safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out expert panel repairs, replacements, and realignments
15. Assess damage and plan effective, efficient repair strategies
16. Deliver seamless panel alignment and high-quality finishing
17. Meet repair deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards
18. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workshop environment
What You’ll Bring
19. Proven experience in automotive panel beating and body repair
20. Proficiency in welding, reshaping, and refinishing techniques
21. A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to high standards
22. The ability to work independently and collaboratively
23. SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
