Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: LARNE COMMUNITY FOOTBALL LTD To Provide general assistance and support in the following areas as required: - Assisting the Chef with general kitchen duties including food preparation, serving food, clearing away and washing dishes. - General housekeeping duties such as vacuum cleaning, mopping and polishing of floors in general areas and changing areas at Larne Academy of Sport. - Assisting with the laundering of training kits as required. Training in all areas will be provided and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake a basic Health and Hygiene qualification.
Responsibilities
* Food preparation - chopping and basic preparation of meals for up to 100 people.
* Cleaning - Clearing away and washing dishes along with loading and unloading dishwasher.
* Service - Serving food and ensuring food is well presented.
* Misc - General kitchen assistance.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Some experience of assisting in a kitchen.
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
* The successful applicant will receive appropriate training in all areas.
Desirable Skills
* Hygiene certificate.
