Responsibilities
* Lead with passion by inspiring, coaching, and growing a team of engineers and administrators to deliver outstanding service every day.
* Be the link by building trusted relationships with our clients, end users, and partners, becoming the go-to person for collaboration and problem-solving.
* Drive excellence by ensuring services are delivered at the highest standard – with compliance, safety, and client satisfaction always front of mind.
* Shape the future of the account by identifying opportunities to improve, innovate, and expand services – and turn them into action.
* Guide and support our team by hiring and training, to recognition and development, you’ll set the tone for a motivated, engaged, and successful team.
* Make an impact by managing site operations with clarity and accountability, ensuring KPIs are met and the service adds value to the client.
* Manage scope effectively by ensuring all on-site activities align to the MSA and SOWs, escalating any scope creep to customer and account leadership.
* Communicate with influence by preparing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders on service performance, KPIs, and operational initiatives.

Experience that helps (preferred, but not essential)
* Hands-on experience in a laboratory or regulated environment, with knowledge of Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
* Background in planning or engineering that helps bring structure and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in budget management and financial accountability.
* Understanding of compliance, safety standards, or audit practices.
* Ability to communicate with impact – confident presenter with strong written and verbal skills, plus solid MS Office knowledge.
* Track record of building trusted client partnerships and guiding vendor relationships to success.
