Job Description
The CRM & Direct Sales Team Leader plays a key role in supporting customer retention and lifecycle management. This role is responsible for coordinating the customer database and executing targeted marketing campaigns to contact End of Contract customers and encourage renewal. Leading a small delivery team of two, the Team Leader will ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Relationship team to deliver brand-aligned campaigns and gather customer feedback to help improve future conversion rates. Additionally, the Team Leader will drive proactive lead management, spearheading ad hoc initiatives and tactical campaigns specifically designed to optimize customer lead conversion across the business.
