Our client is a family-run two-Rosette restaurant located in a leafy London suburb, offering modern French-inspired cuisine using exceptional seasonal British and continental produce. They are seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join their brigade and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence across their kitchen.

£38,000 per annum package
Structured 7-shift rota over 5 days: 1 early shift, 2 late shifts and 2 doubles

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, showcasing the restaurants refined modern French-British style
Catering for 40 covers per service during the week and up to 100 on Fridays & Saturdays
Taking ownership of your section, managing mise en place, consistency and cleanliness throughout service
Contributing creative ideas to menu development and supporting seasonal changes with the Head Chef
Guiding and supporting junior chefs, promoting teamwork and attention to detail
Youll be a great fit if you have:
Strong experience as a Chef De Partie, ideally within a fine-dining or two/three-Rosette environment
Excellent technical skills and a keen attention to detail
The ability to thrive under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations with calm and clarity
Passion for seasonal produce, flavour-driven menus and creative execution
