Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join welcoming primary schools across Havering for an immediate start. This Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference in the classroom every day.

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
* Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional needs
* Deliver small group interventions as a Learning Support Assistant
* Assist children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
* Work alongside teachers and SENCOs as a Learning Support Assistant to support learning plans
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support Assistant
* Help create an inclusive classroom environment as a Learning Support Assistant
Requirements for a Learning Support Assistant:
* Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with SEN pupils
* A patient, caring and adaptable approach as a Learning Support Assistant
* Strong communication and teamwork skills for a Learning Support Assistant
* Understanding of behaviour management strategies as a Learning Support Assistant
* Availability to start immediately as a Learning Support Assistant
