Requirements:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Face-to-face Account Management experience, ideally within the Kitchen, Bathroom, or Bedroom industry or selling to large property developers/house builders.
Preferred attributes:
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage own diary and meet SLAs
• Confident communication skills
• Motivated and team-oriented
• Reliable with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
• Site visits for setup and issue resolution
• Liaising with contractors and promoting products
• Building relationships and seeking new contracts
• Upselling and offering additional services
• Managing call-offs, quotations, debt, and delivery expectations
• Industry knowledge and competitor analysis
Additional experience:
• CSCS Card (advantageous but not mandatory; required within four weeks of start)
