Head of School - Alternative Provision | Greater Manchester | £40,000 - £50,000 | Permanent, Full-Time
The PWR team is working in close partnership with a specialist education provider in Greater Manchester to appoint an experienced Head of School for a full-time, permanent position within a small alternative provision setting.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a nurturing and highly personalised educational environment. The school supports around 20 pupils, many of whom are preparing for reintegration into mainstream education, and is part of a national network of independent schools committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of young people.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a compassionate and strategic leader who can drive high standards while fostering an inclusive and supportive school culture. You should have:
* Significant experience in school leadership (e.g. Head of Department, SLT, Deputy, or Headteacher level)
* A strong understanding of alternative provision or specialist settings
* Oversight of core subject delivery, especially English, Maths, and Science
* Experience working with students with SEN and additional needs
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with staff, learners, and external partners
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and the promotion of British values
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant subject area
* QTS or QTL
