We are currently seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in Swanley. This role combines front-of-house reception responsibilities with the administration, ordering, and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting operational health & safety requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and a professional customer-facing manner.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer-facing role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, particularly with record-keeping and stock management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
