We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client in North Norfolk for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis. The assignment is expected to last for approximately three months, with the potential for extension. An immediate start is required.
Daily duties:
* General Administration and Support
o Providing administrative support across the team
o Managing diaries and booking meetings
o Managing electronic filing and documentation
o Printing drawings, documents and reports for ongoing projects
* Compliance Support
o Supporting compliance through accurate record keeping
o Recording checks for equipment such as the on-site defibrillator
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Customer-focused and professional
* Calm, positive and solutions orientated
* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
* A confident communicator
* Able to work well under pressure
This temporary position is expected to last for three months, with the possibility of extension.
