As a Sprinklr Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered conversational solutions. This role combines bot development with platform support, requiring comprehensive Sprinklr knowledge and conversational AI expertise.
What you’ll be doing
* Bot Development
o Design and develop chatbots using Sprinklr's Conversational AI with Dynamic Workflows and Smart FAQ
o Implement and train ML models: Zero Shot, Issue Type Intent, and Smart FAQ
o Create qualifying and issue-type bots with proper intent, entity, and context handling
o Integrate bots with external systems via APIs and deploy across multiple channels
o Create rich media assets (buttons, images, carousels) for enhanced user experience
Platform Support
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot bot performance issues
o Monitor metrics: containment rates, sentiment analysis, conversation quality
o Manage change sets for dev-to-prod deployments
o Configure Rules, Macros, Workflows, Queues, and Unified Routing
o Create Dashboards, Reports, and Secure Forms
o Troubleshoot live chat deployments, platform issues, and CSP configurations
o Manage permissions, roles, and personas as required
Experience you'll have
Required:
* Experience developing chatbots on Sprinklr platform or other CX platforms
* Production-grade conversational AI solutions experience
* ML model training with measurable performance improvements
* Strong troubleshooting across bot logic, integrations, and platform configuration
* Excellent communication and ability to balance development with support responsibilities
Preferred:
* Experience with multiple Sprinklr modules (Service, Marketing, Social)
* Sound knowledge of chatbot design principles and exposure to CX platforms
* Agile methodology experience
