Contract: 12 months - c. £1000 per day Outside IR35
Location: UK with International Travel
Industry: Consumer Healthcare (must have)
Background: The client is seeking an ex MBB / Consulting candidate that has either moved into industry or is looking of their first role outside of consulting. If you don't meet this criteria or hold the required industry experience we unfortunately wont be able to consider you for this opportunity.
We’re partnering with a global Consumer Healthcare business looking for a hands-on strategic leader to drive high-impact transformation and market expansion projects across Europe and APAC.
This role is perfect for someone with a top-tier strategy consulting background who still enjoys getting into the analytical detail — building business cases, shaping Go-To-Market (GTM) models, running diagnostics, and working directly with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Lead
* Redesigning the existing go-to-market model across a business critical European region.
* Building P&L models and cost–benefit analyses for multiple operating model scenarios.
* Partnering with consulting firms to shape market entry strategies across APAC.
* Optimising distributor partnerships to enhance efficiency and success across the global business
* Managing cross-functional workstreams and engaging both internal teams and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
* Strategy consulting experience (consultant to case team leader level or 6–7 years post-consulting but still hands-on).
* Ability to drive transformation initiatives and projects that will see the strategy rolled out across the business
* Strong experience with GTM (go-to-market) strategy, operating model design, and cross-functional project leadership.
* A pragmatic, driven, sleeves-rolled-up operator who delivers outcomes as well as proposing recommendations.
* Consumer health experience would be incredibly beneficial (heavy supply chain/regulatory exposure in industries such as pharma could also be considered).
* Willingness to travel frequently (weekly or bi-weekly) expensed.
