The Role
We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate
You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:
* 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.
* Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
* Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
* Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
* Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
