What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming customers and helping them find the right mobility aids
* Demonstrating scooters and other equipment confidently and safely
* Using internal systems to manage stock, enquiries, and orders - so good computer skills are essential
* Answering telephone and showroom enquiries in a warm, professional manner
* Receiving and replenishing stock
* Staying up to date with our latest product ranges
* Supporting the team with general showroom duties
Who We Are Looking For:
* Friendly, reliable, and putting the customer first in everything you do
* Confident communicator who listens well and understands customer needs
* Organised, detail-focused, and happy to learn new systems and products
* Comfortable using computers for customer records, emails, and stock systems
* Retail experience preferred, but more important is your attitude and enthusiasm
