This is a permanent full-time position, offering 35 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Canterbury store.

* Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
* Supporting with commercial actions together with your team, to reach store goals and sales targets.
* Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
* Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
* Securing operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching your colleagues.
