Accountancy Action are seeking a talented Finance Administrator to join an expanding business in North Hertfordshire on a 6-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
* Reconciling bank statements and financial data
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and efficiency
* Manage shared high volume email inbox as and when required.
* Maintain client needs and deadlines
* Daily day to day finance queries from file handlers and clients
* Assist the finance team as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
