Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our UK office in Galashiels serving as a Customer Executive. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The Customer Executive will also be responsible for managing customer forecasting and demand analysis, raising customer orders and working closely with our Malaysian facility to track the progress of customer orders and participate in various team meetings.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and customer support skills to address client needs effectively and build long-term relationships
* Excellent communication skills to ensure clear, professional, and empathetic interaction with customers
* Analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and propose actionable improvements to the service processes
* A commitment to consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
* Proficiency in using customer management tools SAP / CRM systems is advantageous
* Organisational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and find effective solutions
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory
* Experience of working with Microsoft office 365 applications
Additional Information
* Salary up to £28,500 (dependant on experience)
* The position is advertised as full time, 37.5 hrs per week
