Capability Lead – Regulatory Policy & Intelligence Team
We are looking for a leader to build and lead a future‑ready Regulatory Policy & Intelligence (RPI) capability across the Global Consumer Health organization.
Responsibilities
As Capability Lead you will:
* Lead and evolve capability—design and continuously enhance the RPI capability and operating model aligned to business priorities.
* Shape the external landscape— influence regulatory policy through engagement with agencies, industry bodies, and global networks.
* Drive intelligence into action— translate regulatory insights into clear business impact, mitigation strategies, and portfolio decisions.
* Build future‑ready teams— develop high‑performing, agile talent with a strong focus on digital and AI‑driven opportunities.
* Enable business outcomes— ensure the right expertise flows into priority technical and work teams to support innovation and lifecycle management.
* Champion modern leadership— foster empowered, self‑managed teams with a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in Consumer Health or adjacent life sciences.
* Proven leadership in regulatory intelligence, policy, or advocacy.
* Strong track record influencing regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with ability to translate complexity into business decisions.
* Passion for talent development, coaching, and future capability building.
* Digital fluency with interest in AI‑enabled regulatory opportunities.
* Ability to lead in matrixed, non‑hierarchical environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £110000‑£136000 per annum, reviews annually in April.
