Expression of Interest: Estates Technicians at Education Partnership North East (EPNE).
Responsibilities
* Opening and Securing sites
* Carrying out basic repairs
* Completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules
* Setting up furniture as and when required
* Removal of litter and waste daily
* Supervision of contractors and visitors
Essential Requirements
* A driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00
