Sales Executive/Manager Leeds Minimum £40K plus car, bonus and benefits Monday to Friday 8-5 Our client a leading, growing organisation in their field, is actively recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive/Manager to assist with identifying, and growingnew business, ensuring a consistent pipeline of business, and continual growth, The ideal candidate will have sales experience within home builders, Facilities management, roofing, structures ie Timber etc or similar. Duties will include: Sales Executive responsibilities will include discovering and pursuingsales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with existing and potential new clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach If you would like any further details on the above role, please forward your CV for consideration.
