Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with Dyson Malaysia business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to Dyson’s business priorities, challenging current practices and influencing solutions.
2. People Initiatives: Lead local HR projects and programs, focusing on maximizing people’s impact and operational effectiveness.
3. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze people’s data and trends to recommend and implement solutions that improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
4. Talent Development: Build strong talent pipelines, manage succession planning and capability development, and oversee short- and long-term workforce needs.
5. Organizational Effectiveness: Work closely with business and HR team to address organizational challenges and drive high performance.
6. Employee Relations: Advise business leaders on HR best practices, oversee employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and Dyson policies.
7. Reward & Recognition: Provide guidance on salary planning, promotions, and recognition programs.
8. Culture & Engagement: Champion Dyson’s culture and values, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement.
9. HR Service Delivery: Act as local HR contact ensuring seamless execution across the full employee lifecycle.
