Employee Relations Advisor - Midlands and North
* £40k per year

Hours:
* Circa 2-3 days per week will be site based
* 2-3 days per week will be home based
The role of Employee Relations Advisor:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters including complex scenarios
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the organisation.
* Manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
* Conduct investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Work collaboratively with the wider People team to ensure alignment with company values.
* Keep up-to-date with employment law changes and provide relevant updates to the team.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programmes to up-skill managers
The ideal Employee Relations Advisor:
* Proven background dealing with high-volume employee relations matters.
* You may be a specialist ER Advisor looking for a new challenge or currently a generalist HR advisor looking to specialise in the ER field.
* You will be comfortable with regular travel to various sites around the Midlands and North.
